No. Every customer completes a short Recovery Assessment to receive a personal Recovery Protocol, either before or right after purchase.
We currently ship within Denmark. Shipping is free on every order, and delivery typically takes 10–12 days. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you won't be charged any additional customs or import fees on delivery.
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, no reason required — well beyond the legal minimum. Your Sauna Blanket also carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
