Nordic Ritual (Nordic Ritual ApS, CVR 12345678, registered at Copenhagen, Denmark) operates this website. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Current status of the site
Nordic Ritual is finishing final preparations before full checkout opens. Product pages, pricing, and the "Buy Now" flow are shown as they will appear at launch, but no order can be completed and no payment can be taken until checkout is live — this will be clearly indicated on the site at all times. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer capable of acceptance until checkout is enabled.
3. Products
We currently offer the Sauna Blanket, a Far Infrared heat-therapy device, as described on our Shop page. Product specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publishing; official pricing, warranty terms, and exact session-duration recommendations will be confirmed and published before launch.
4. Orders & payment
Once checkout is live: orders are confirmed by email; payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our own servers.
5. Pricing
All prices will be listed in DKK, inclusive of 25% Danish VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices for future orders; a price change never affects an order you've already placed and paid for.
6. Shipping & delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. We currently ship within Denmark, with delivery typically taking 2–4 business days. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
7. Returns
Beyond your statutory rights (below), Nordic Ritual offers 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery, no reason required — longer than the legal minimum, because we want you to be genuinely sure. To start a return, contact us at support@nordicritual.dk. The product should be returned in materially unused condition; return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Separately, as a consumer purchasing online within the EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason (the Danish "fortrydelsesret," per the EU Consumer Rights Directive) — our 30-day policy above already covers and extends this right, so you never need to rely on the shorter statutory minimum with us.
8. Warranty
Nordic Ritual products carry a 2-year warranty (reklamationsret) from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects that exist at the time of delivery, in line with Danish consumer law. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Recovery Advisor and Recovery Assessment are AI-generated tools that offer general recovery guidance and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. They do not diagnose conditions or replace a conversation with a doctor — always consult a healthcare professional for concerns specific to your health, and before starting heat or cold therapy if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have other relevant health concerns.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, logo, and imagery — belongs to Nordic Ritual or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Danish law, Nordic Ritual is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute not resolved directly may be brought before the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence within the EU.
